My name is Trevor stringer I was born and raised in Lubbock Texas previously taught by my Father which most of us growing up or taught how to wash and detail cars by our dad’s in high school my dad bought me my first mobile car wash rig I was 16 years old that was my first entrepreneurial job experience out of my own I did that for 3 years during high School…. Move to Dallas Texas pursued my personal training career for 10 years gained a massive amount of knowledge from my very high-end clientele that I trained after stepping away from personal training I stepped right back into detailing and went right after the high-end community because I had already made those connections with those millionaires and billionaires that I was training since 2017 I’ve been a professional detailer I started out out of my home garage and then purchased my first shop after my first 3 years and I’ve been in my shop now for over 3 years and just close the deal in August to open an additional location. I’ve worked on everything from your mom’s minivan Cadillac escalades Koenigsegg’s Bugatti Chiron the rarest of the rare Ford GTs you name it I’ve touched it I’ve worked on it to find fast Network through the personal training world and the car world and any moment I can reach out to anyone in my circle to help me with any project that I might have whether that be paint and body work window tint wheels and tires I literally have all aspects of the business covered.
The main reason why I got into this detailing business again is I saw that there was a lack of customer service and a lack of professionalism in this area of business. I saw that once your car was dropped off at a location at a shop high performance shop whichever you were kind of left in the dust until you picked up your car that was something that I wanted to change immediately. I believe in this business it’s built around communication and trust and if the client can trust you fully then you should have no worries about how busy you will be and how successful you will be.
I saw that in this industry that good men and women get taken advantage of on products and services that they think that they are getting from a professional and that are not done in a professional manner and even better so they have no idea what the process is during that service they’re not properly educated by the professional of what they’re getting so they have a full understanding of what they’re purchasing and how to maintain or take care of it that’s where I have built my business more so on as the customer service aspect educating the client as much as possible not selling them on something I clearly want to educate my clients as much as possible so they can make an educated decision on themselves for the purchase that they would like to make.
