  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges.

2. Payments

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay).
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. Failure to make the final payment may result in additional charges.

3. Service Guarantee

  • Quality Assurance: We guarantee the highest quality of service. If you are not satisfied, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.
  • Damage Liability: While we take the utmost care, The Detail Lab is not responsible for pre-existing damages or issues arising from customer-provided materials.

4. Service Limitations

  • Vehicle Condition: For best results, vehicles should be in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, mud, or pet hair may incur additional charges.
  • Ceramic Coating: Ceramic coating services require specific environmental conditions. Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or other uncontrollable factors.

3. Providing Accurate Information

  • Vehicle Details: Provide accurate details about your vehicle’s condition and any specific concerns or areas of focus.
  • Contact Information: Ensure your contact information is up-to-date for any necessary communications.

4. Post-Service Care

  • Ceramic Coating: Follow post-service care instructions provided by our technicians to maintain the quality and longevity of the ceramic coating.
